Last week, a U.S. court issued a preliminary injunction in favor of Apple in the Galaxy which stated that the Samsung Nexus / Google were to be withdrawn from the market because it violates Apple's patents.
Now, the smartphone considered top of the range along with the Galaxy SIII Android family is no longer sold in the States.
It 'disappeared from the shops and also from the Google Store Play. And Google is looking for in a hurry to remedy the thing working on a patch that overcomes the reason behind the ban on the sale. The Mountain View company has also announced that Samsung will support in the battle against Apple.
The injunction applies to a patent held by Apple that covers research in multiple areas through a single interface. According to The Verge and AllThingD, Google is preparing an OTA update to fix the thing. Just to relist the Galaxy Nexus?
