Apple vs. Samsung: Cupertino aims to ban the Galaxy S III and the Note and in the meantime lost in Tokyo

Not content with the victory of U.S. $ 1 billion obtained from a California court, Apple is aiming higher and higher in its patent war against Samsung and this time want to add to the list of devices which prohibit the sale also the Galaxy Note and the Galaxy S III. This is in addition injunction against the Nexus obtained some time ago, completely detached from the judgment last week. According to Cupertino, the company would be suffering irreparable damage from the sale of these devices and Samsung "continues to flood the market with products copied." The patents that Apple claims relate to 21 other phones and devices and Samsung have to do with classics including "data detectors" and the infamous "slide-to-unlock".

Here is the list of devices involved in the infringement according to Apple: Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III - Verizon, Galaxy Note, Galaxy S II Skyrocket, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S II, Galaxy S II - T-Mobile Galaxy S II - AT & T, Galaxy Nexus, Illusion, Captivate Glide, Exhibit II 4G, Stratosphere, Transform Ultra, Admire, Conquer 4G, and Dart smartphones, media player Galaxy Player 4.0 and Galaxy Player 5.0, the tablet Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy tab 8.9.

Meanwhile, a court in Tokyo has ruled in favor of Samsung, Apple condemning the Korean company to pay legal expenses that he faced in the Japanese capital only to be told that the patent on the synchronization of video and music via the server has not committed any violation against Cupertino. Once again, it is evident that this is a story far from being reached a conclusion.
