Twitter celebrates 200 million active users

After Facebook announced in October, to have one billion monthly active users, and Twitter now moving out new numbers. Endeavor without wooden chair comparisons and of course via Twitter, the Company announces that the number of active users per month has risen to over 200 million. Not bad when you consider that in 2010, "only" 175 million users were registered, of course, long been not all active. Also in the last half year grew Twitter continues unabated: In July 2012, there were still 170 million active users, while there were 500 million registered accounts, an increase of more than 17 percent.
